Application Process

1. Please provide us with basic contact information. A member of the GSSA administration will respond via email to initiate a conversation.
2. There will be an initial screening before proceeding to the interview based on the initial conversation.
3. There will be an interview with the child and the parent/guardian to introduce the school, understand the education background of the child (especially for transfers), and answer any questions.
4. The Administration Office will review the application and confirm the application results (admission or rejection) via email.

Required Documents

1. Playgroup: Child’s birth certificate
2. Pre-school (PP1 & PP2) and Grades 1 & 2: Assessment/ Report Book
3. Primary to Secondary (Grade 3 and up): Assessment Number issued by the Ministry of Education which includes the parents’ information

Fee Schedule (Last Update: January 2024)

1. One-time registration fee: KSH 1,000
2. One-time interview fee: KSH 500
3. Fee for assessment book: KSH 300 per year
4. Average school fees (Details of the relevant grade will be provided on enquiry)
   Playgroup: KSH 5,000 per term
   Primary & Secondary: KSH 7,000 to 10,000 per term
